Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner reunited on fashion’s biggest night, months after calling it quits. The former couple, who rekindled their romance at the 2024 Met Gala and later shared a whirlwind summer that included a romantic date at the Louvre, crossed paths again on the iconic Met steps.
While they were not seen crossing paths on the blue carpet, the pair were both seen entering the highly anticipated event. Their appearance at the same event quickly sparked buzz among fans after they crossed paths this year at Calvin Klein's New York Fashion Week show.
This time, Bad Bunny turned heads in a custom chocolate brown Prada suit, complete with white boots, leather gloves, and a retro handbag, honoring Puerto Rico with a modern spin on the pava, a traditional headpiece that carried the most meaning.
Meanwhile, Kendall wore a gray corseted look by Torishéju featuring a plunging neckline and a dramatic cape, paired with a stunning diamond necklace. The former couple have a long story at the Met Gala, as they were at the height of their romance in May 2023, attending the important event together and the after-party that same night.
The model and the singer were happy together at the time before their split at the end of 2023. However, it was at the 2024 Met Gala when they were seen together again, rekindling their relationship and making fans excited after photos of them surfaced online.
"It's like they needed the break to miss each other enough to figure things out. They always had this crazy attraction to each other. Things are great again," a source said to People at the time. But the romance would soon end months later.
In September of the same year, the pair called it quits. “She wants to stay single for now,” a source said to Us Weekly at the time, adding, “Kendall isn’t ready to be tied down at the moment and is enjoying this era.” The insider went on to say that they are "still friendly but have taken a step back and aren’t dating.”
