Gisele Bündchen is reportedly living her best life after welcoming her third child and first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente. The Brazilian supermodel has embraced this new life chapter with open arms, taking in every moment with her growing family and her romantic partner.
After a transformative few years, Gisele is enjoying her new life in Miami. Sources close to the model say she is “living her best life,” especially after the arrival of her baby boy, River, with Joaquim.
“A new man and a baby were not on her bucket list, but she’s embracing every second of it,” a source said to Life & Style. Gisele and Joaquim’s relationship began to blossom in 2021 when Gisele started her journey with jiu-jitsu.
“When I started talking with Joaquim, I realized that it was much more than self-defense,” she explained in 2022 to Dust Magazine. “I became really interested [in] the philosophy… and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself.”
Their romance officially became public in February 2024, and Gisele and Joaquim have enjoyed a life full of adventure. In early 2025, they celebrated the arrival of their son.
Since ending her 13-year marriage to NFL star Tom Brady, Gisele has found happiness with Joaquim. "They started out as great friends first. She’s very private about this and wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other," said a source to People. “He was a huge comfort for Gisele while she went through her divorce. Their friendship turned romantic after the divorce.”
Gisele’s other children, Benjamin and Vivian, have warmly embraced their new baby brother, and the family dynamic appears to be in a harmonious place. "Gisele's doing great," another insider said to the publication, explaining that Gisele is "truly thriving."
The source said that "the baby has been a happy surprise," in their lives, sharing that Joaquim is thrilled about their baby. "She enjoys shorter outings with her older kids and Joaquim," the insider added, "Her older kids are helpful with the baby. Gisele tears up when she sees all the kids together - she still can't believe she has a newborn. She feels very blessed.”
