FKA Twigs dropped the music video for "Childlike Things," featuring North last week, and the pre-teen, who even raps in Japanese, looks like a straight-up professional. The Lion King drama aside, the costume design, hair, and makeup are incredible, and her facial expressions and commitment are pretty impressive.
After it's release, the 44-year-old aspiring lawyer shared a behind-the-scenes look at making the music video, with North doing her thing. "Proud of my baby," she captioned the proud post. North had the support of her mom's famous friends, like Paris Hilton and Lauren Sanchez.
North's love of music, which started when she took the stage during Paris Fashion Week, has budded into a career since the 2024 release of Ye's Vultures 1, "Talking/One Again." But the headlines haven't all been good.
Many were shocked to find out Ye dropped "Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine," featuring disgraced rapper Diddy, earlier this month.
According to a TMZ insider, the release made Kim consider taking the legal route to strip Ye of joint legal custody of their four kids. The former couple shares custody of North, 11; Saint, 9; Chicago, 6; and Psalm, 5.
Ye's recent shocking comments
There's no sign of the drama stopping between Ye and Kim, and it looks like respect has gone out the window. Days after the release of her music video, the rapper stole the show after a disgraceful interview with DJ Akademiks, where he was wearing a hood and robes associated with the Ku Klux Klan.
In the interview, the "Golddigger" rapper said he never wanted kids with Kim. “That was my fault. I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that wasn’t God’s plan,” the 47-year-old said. The couple was married for 7 years.
