Photos of the jiu-jitsu trainer with their latest purchase also appeared on social media, as the couple decided to celebrate the new life chapter with a new yacht, which is no surprise as they are known to spend a lot of time in the ocean, paddleboarding, surfing, and swimming.
Joaquim has been photographed around Miami, and while not much is known about their dynamic at the moment, a source revealed to People that “Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life," the insider explained, commenting on their desire to create "a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family."
The pair seem to be thrilled about this new special moment in their lives, with the source adding that the model is “excited to embrace this new chapter openly," mentioning her preference for keeping her personal life private. “[Gisele] wanted to keep it private for as long as she could, doing so was starting to be a challenge," the insider told the publication.
Their relationship was confirmed by another source in February 2024. The insider told People that "they started out as great friends first," and revealed that they "wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other," while a second insider told the outlet he was there for her during her divorce. “He was a huge comfort for Gisele while she went through her divorce. Their friendship turned romantic after the divorce.”

Back in 2021, the model and the jiu-jitsu trained talked to Dust magazine about the benefits of martial arts and the philosophy behind it. “I became really interested in the philosophy [behind practicing jiu-jitsu],” she told the outlet. “It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life, and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself.”
Meanwhile, Joaquim said; “I think what happened with Gisele is that she was already aligned with our philosophy,” he explained. “She always looked to live her life in a way that was looking to improve herself as a person, and once she understood the philosophy of the 753 code [a set of principles that’ll allow you to find peace, happiness, and understanding], I think it clicked with a mission and a path that she was already on.”joaq
