Antonio Banderas is sharing his excitement for his latest movie 'Paddington in Peru.' The Hollywood star talked to ¡HOLA! about his experience filming the animated movie in London, while sharing details about his trip to Machu Picchu with his daughter Stella, when she was just 18 years old.

The father-daughter duo decided to go on an adventure and traveled to Peru. Antonio explained that he traveled to Peru for the first time a few years ago and was intrigued with Machu Picchu, so he decided to take Stella with him and started their 4-day trip from Cusco.

"We started from Cusco walking through the mountains," he detailed during the interview. "We slept in tents until we got to Machu Picchu," he added, explaining that it's different from traveling by car. "When you don't go in a vehicle and walk and enter the Sun Gate, seeing everything after climbing the stairs is very exciting."

Antonio revealed that the movie was filmed in Peru. However, after his trip to Machu Picchu, he said he could recognize every part of the set design, as the story takes place in Peru. He went on to say that the designers did a great job at decorating the sets, as everything was filmed in London.

"I speak from my own experience as a kid," he said. I remember Captain Hook, Peter Pan and Wendy. How the kids in the movie would fly over London," Antonio continued. "Those are very romantic moments that stay with you and leave a mark. So we have to be careful with how that mark is made."
