Beyonce and her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, had an emotional moment during the 2025 Grammy Awards. The fan-favorite musician won big at the ceremony, taking home her first Album of the Year Grammy, apart from winning Country Album of the Year for 'Cowboy Carter.'

The proud daughter cheered for her mom in her first win and accompanied her mom during her second recognition. The mother-daughter duo celebrated on stage at the ceremony and shared an emotional moment, including a sweet hug before receiving the award.

"I just feel very full and very honored," the singer said while holding her AOTY Grammy. "It’s been many many years, and I just want to thank the Grammys, every songwriter, every collaborator, every producer, all of the hard work. I want to dedicate this to Ms. [Linda] Martell and I hope we just keep pushing forward, opening doors. God bless y’all, thank you so much.”

Blue Ivy's emotional reaction comes after being a close collaborator of her mom in recent years, including on Netflix's Beyoncé Bowl.  “Blue is giving notes. She’s a young director, young visionary, a young filmmaker,” Shaboozey, who collaborated with Beyoncé on her country album, said.

Beyoncé showed her surprise after winning Best Country Album. “I really was not expecting this. Wow," she said while accepting the award on stage. "I want to thank God that I’m still able to still do what I love after so many years. I’d like to thank all of the incredible country artists that accepted this album, we worked so hard on it."

"I think sometimes genre is a code word to keep us in our place as artists, and I just want to encourage people to do what they’re passionate about and to stay persistent. I’d like to thank my beautiful family, all of the artists that were collaborators, thank you," she declared.
