Meghan Markle’s adjustment to royal life is one that extends far beyond what the audience sees on camera. In fact, royal protocal even dictates bedtime!

One of Meghan’s first steps when joining the British Royal Family was receiving training in the aforementioned royal protocol, adapting her wardrobe to the royal style and getting used to a very extensive list of royal traditions. One of the more unusual requirements to royal standards that the Duchess of Sussex had to adapt to was changing when it's time for some shut-eye!
