Drácula, la inesperada inspiración para la nueva feminidad de Rodarte

Las hermanas Kate y Laura Mulleavy al mando de la firma Rodarte vuelven a apostar para su colección mostrada en la New York Fashion Week por una inspiración artística, esta vez, literaria y cinematográfica. Ya que, en sus propuestas para otoño-invierno 2020-2021 se encuentran todo tipo de reminiscencias inspiradas en la película Drácula de Francis Coppola. Bella Hadid fue la encargada de abrir un desfile lleno de guiños góticos, como los labios pintados en negro de las modelos o los estampados dominados por tonalidades oscuras, que se contraponían a los lunares o al print de pata de gallo, dos apuestas atemporales, con las que las diseñadoras dan una vuelta de tuerca a sus diseños. Por otro lado, delicadas piezas repletas de volantes y bordados se fusionaban con otras brillantes confeccionadas con lentejuelas. El broche final lo puso una selección de fluidos vestidos con aires oníricos e inspiración floral.
