Justin Bieber popped the question to Hailey Baldwin on July 7 during a romantic dinner at a local restaurant in the Bahamas, according to TMZ. Days later, Justin and Hailey broke their silence and confirmed the engagement on social media. "Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!" Justin wrote on his Instagram along with two cute photos. "So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY. I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make. My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first! You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else. You make me so much better and we compliment each other so well!! Can’t wait for the best season of life yet!" He continued to say: "It’s funny because now with you everything seems to make sense! The thing I am most excited for is that my little brother and sister get to see another healthy stable marriage and look for the same!!! Gods timing really is literally perfect, we got engaged on the seventh day of the seventh month, the number seven is the number of spiritual perfection, it’s true GOOGLE IT! Isn’t that nuts? No words could ever express my gratitude." Earlier, the star's parents took to social media to express their excitement at the happy news as well. Hailey’s actor dad, Stephen Baldwin, congratulated his daughter and her new fiancé on Twitter, writing, “Sweet smile on my face! me&wife (Kennya) Always pray 4 Gods will !! He is moving in the hearts of JB&HB Let’s all pray for His will to be done Love you 2 so much !!! #Godstiming #bestisyettocome Congrats @JeremyBieber @pattiemallette #PraiseJesus.” Justin's father Jeremy hinted at the engagement news on Instagram on July 7, writing, “@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!” And then there was Justin's mom Pattie Mallette who wrote a cryptic reference to her son’s engagement on Twitter, saying: “Love Love Love Love Love Love Love.” The 24-year-old superstar and the 21-year-old model rekindled their romance only a few weeks before the engagement, having been seen publicly displaying their affection across New York City and Miami. Chance the Rapper and Kirsten Corley Chance the Rapper took a chance on love. The Grammy-winner proposed to Kirsten Corley during their outdoor celebration on the Fourth of July. "She said yes," Chance later shared on Twitter, after a video surfaced of the backyard proposal. The Shade Room posted a clip on Instagram that showed the musician getting down on one knee to ask his longtime girlfriend to spend the rest of her life with him. "Kirsten Katrina Corley, will you make me a man and be my wife?" he can be heard asking. The pair share a daughter named Kensli who ran up to them after the engagement.
