Holiday cocktails that are even great for New Year's Eve

'Tis the season for decking the halls, being merry and indulging in some great food and drink. With the holidays well underway, here are some last-minute cocktail recipes perfect for Christmas and all the way to counting down to 2018. Antica Pesa's Testa di Noce City: Brooklyn, New York 1 oz. Campari ½ oz. Carpano Antica Formula ½ oz. Frangelico 4 to 5 drops Chocolate Bitters Soda Water Chill old fashioned glass first by stirring ice inside the glass and letting it sit – do not remove the ice cubes but strain out the water. Mix all ingredients together in drinking glass, top with soda water and add a few drops of chocolate bitters. Garnish: Orange peel

Officine Brera's Apple Spice 'n Everything Nice City: Los Angeles, California 2 oz Carbonadi Vodka 1 oz Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider 1/2 oz Fresh Organic Lemon Juice 3/4 oz Spiced Honey Shake and strain and then pour into Rocks Glass Garnish: Brown Sugar Rim, Thin Apple Slice and/or Cinnamon Stick
