Halloween is the time of year when celebrities get to dress up as anything and anyone and be as eccentric as they want to be with their costumes. Although Heidi Klum is considered the queen of Halloween, other celebs such as Kim Kardashian and Emily Ratajkowski have also seriously raised the bar on their past costumes.
