Nick Cannon and Brittany Bell Mariah Carey's ex-husband is going to be a dad for the third time! Nick revealed during an appearance on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club on Thursday that he is expecting his first child with former beauty queen, Brittany Bell, whom he is not in a relationship with. "I've got a baby on the way," he told the radio hosts after praising Britany and calling her a "special young lady." "I don't have any exes. Mariah is my last ex," he continued. "Everybody else is just people that I know, love and care for. [Bell] is not my ex!" Nick is already a father to his and Mariah's twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
