Salma Hayek shares the recipe for her special breakfast – you’ll want to try it!

There’s nothing like getting a healthy start to the day with a delicious breakfast, wouldn’t you agree? From the looks of her Instagram, it appears Salma Hayek most certainly does as she has blessed us with her special breakfast recipe. Allow us to introduce you to 'Salma’s Breakfast Special' – a medley of fruits, berries, vegetables and all-things delicious and healthy. On Monday, the 52-year-old actress took to the ‘gram to share a step-by-step of her whole and hearty breakfast. “It doesn’t sound like it tastes really good but it’s delicious,” she says in a clip where she’s eating the uber-healthy meal.

“And it’s super complete, and gives you lots of energy during the day…yummy,” she adds. Next to the clip, the Mexican beauty captioned, “Do you want to know how to prepare my special breakfast? If there's someone we can trust about feeling energized, it's definitely Salma.
