The two co-stars are set to appear in the upcoming season of the popular Netflix drama The Crown, making fans eager for the new storyline that will also introduce Emma Corrin as Lady Diana for the fourth season release.

Olivia, who portrays Queen Elizabeth II, revealed that “most of the scenes” between the Prime Minister and the Queen are in one location, adding that the production schedules allow filming in just one week, highlighting Gillian’s acting skills, as she is “incredible at knowing all of her words and terrifying at looking exactly like Margaret Thatcher.”

The highly-anticipated season is being released on November 15 and is expecting to dive into the controversial romance of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, the media attention and even some personal situations that involve Lady Diana and her relationships with the royal family.

Josh O’Connor who portrays Prince Charles has also praised Corrin for her performance, admitting to be “in awe of her” as they filmed the new episodes.
