Kate Middleton sweetly plays with George and Charlotte as they support Prince William in polo match

The Duke of Cambridge may have been the one actually playing in the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy, but it was his adorable family members that stole the show. His wife the Duchess of Cambridge took their eldest children Prince George and Princess Charlotte out to support their royal dad as he participated in the game at Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire on Sunday, June 10. The little ones were clearly excited to be out and about after attending Queen Elizabeth’s more formal Trooping the Colour the day before. The trio had a lovely time, with photographs showing them running around and smiling throughout the sunny event.

Kate was just like any other mom as she cuddled her kids on the sidelines and then hurried after them as they ran off to play. The 36-year-old flaunted an incredible post-baby figure in a light blue summer dress, which featured a flared skirt, from one of her favorite high street shops Zara. She also rocked a chic pair of sunglasses, which she pushed on top of her chocolatey tresses for most her time outdoors.

The doting mom kept an eye on not only her kids, but on their younger cousins Savannah and Isla Phillips, who were also in attendance for the philanthropic day. A photo shows the mom-of-three sitting on the grass with George, Charlotte and Savannah, who has her arm lovingly wrapped around the her princess cousin. There was no sign of Prince Louis at the polo event. He was most likely being looked after by the family’s nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

The public outing comes merely a day after Trooping the Colour, which saw the Cambridge family, minus baby Louis, take to the balcony at Buckingham Palace with the rest of the royals to enjoy the spectacular flyover by the Royal Air Force. It was evident from that occasion that George and Charlotte and their young cousins have a wonderful friendship, and Twitter went into meltdown as sassy Savannah covered George's mouth when he began to giggle.
