Victoria's Secret announces first collaboration with high-fashion brand

As if the Victoria’s Secret runway couldn’t get any sexier, the lingerie brand is partnering with Balmain on a new capsule collection. The collaboration, which has been appropriately dubbed VSxBalmain, will be unveiled during the annual VS fashion show that is being taped in Shanghai, China this year.

VSxBalmain marks Victoria’s Secret’s first collaboration with a luxury designer to create an exclusive collection. According to a press release, Olivier Rousteing, Balmain’s creative director, has “designed an offering that looks to the sexy, modern silhouette that Victoria’s Secret is known for, while incorporating Balmain’s instantly identifiable style. The collection builds upon the house’s couture legacy while reflecting the way women want to dress today.”
