Pippa Middleton is going to have her own palace for her wedding day – made of glass! With just a few days until her May 20 nuptials, preparations have begun at Pippa's family’s home in Bucklebury, where the reception will place. On Monday, a large glass marquee was erected in the garden of the Middleton’s Berkshire estate. The bride-to-be and her fiancé, James Matthews, have chosen a large conservatory-style structure, which is estimated to cost over $100,000, for their big day rather than a traditional canvas marquee.

The large, glass orangery, which will play host to some 300 guests at the couple’s reception following the ceremony at St Mark's Church, is believed to have been shipped from Belgium. The process has been overseen by Peppers Marquees, which holds the only royal warrant for supplying marquees to the Prince of Wales. The show-stopping marquee’s façade can be seen from both the main road and a public footpath that runs alongside Carole and Michael Middleton's estate.
While final preparations for the reception were taking place in Buckleberry, Pippa treated herself to some pre-wedding pampering. On May 15, the 33-year-old paid a visit to Santi London beauty spa in South Kensington. The spa that is described as a "beautiful cross between an uber-boutique spa and a beauty clinic,” prides itself on tailor-made treatments for its clients. The spa offers an extensive menu that includes an aromatherapy massage, Santi Glow facial treatment and deluxe manicure. Leading up to her big day, it appears that Pippa has been staying in shape by following a strict exercise regime and regularly attending the women-only, luxury gym, Grace Belgravia.

Large crowds are expected to turn out to see the arrival of Pippa and James’ famous guests at their wedding, including the bride’s older sister, the Duchess of Cambridge. Kate Middleton is set to attend with her husband Prince William and their two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who are both members of the wedding party. It has also been confirmed that Prince Harry will be joined by his girlfriend Meghan Markle.
