The 74th Golden Globes are almost ready. The nominees have already been announced, this year's host - Jimmy Fallon - promises to entertain the audience and the best of film and television will be recognized with a golden award. On January 8th, the Beverly Hilton Hotel will become the meeting point for dozens of Hollywood stars that will witness the Golden Globes; the start of the 2017 awards season.


Although Jimmy Fallon is in charge of hosting the awards ceremony, other celebrities will step onto the stage to deliver the awards to those who excelled with their performance last year. Among them stands the names of Matt Damon, Sylverster Stalone, Steve Carell, Eddie Redmayne, Amy Schumer. In addition, Nicole Kidman and Viola Davis will be presenters but can also receive from the hands of one of their colleagues a prize, as they are nominated in the category of Best Supporting Actress.


Latin talent will not only be represented by Sofia Vergara. Diego Luna will be another presenter of the gala while his good friend, Gael Garcia, could go on stage if he wins for his performance in the TV show ‘Mozart in the Jungle’. If so, it would be the second prize of this kind that the Mexican takes home for the same performance.


The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, in charge of the event, also announced that Drew Barrymore, Justin Theroux, Brie Larson, Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon, Anna Kendrick and Milo Ventimiglia are part of the celebrities in charge of passing the golden globe into the hands of the winners.
