The couple are parents to Maddox,17, Pax,15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and ten-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The pair met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2005.
The couple, who announced their shock split in 2014, are now officially single, although the financial and custody details of their divorce have not yet been worked out.
