Happy International Women's Day! To mark the (obvi) best day of the year, we're celebrating—you guessed it—women. And not just any women, we're honoring the Latina gals who are rising up the ranks and making their mark on Hollywood.

From Sofia Carson who is entering the fan-obsessed Pretty Little Liars universe to Rachel Zegler, a high school student who scored her first Hollywood role in a Steven Spielberg film and to Lele Pons, a former Vine star that is slated to release her first Spanglish album in 2019, these are the up-and-coming Latina women that are taking over all industries in the next year.

So sit back and scroll through to learn about the women of the future and never forget: We run this ship!

Sofia Carson

Former HOLA! USA cover girl (and owner of fab wardrobe) Sofia Carson is making waves in Hollywood. Sure, you may know her from Disney's Descendants or her head-bopping singles, but this 25-year-old starlet is gearing up to take over Hollywood this year with her role in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists

Rosa Salazar

Dystopian thriller? Check. Netflix hit? Double check. James Cameron-produced blockbuster? Naturally. The Peruvian-American actress who starred in The Maze Runner series and  Sandra Bullock's Netflx success Birdbox is now playing the titular character in Alita: Battle Angel

Her plan for the future? "To be an even better example of what a Latin X performer can bring to this world," she told HOLA! USA.

Lele Pons

If you're on Instagram, chances are that you've clicked, scrolled and double tapped Lele Pons' feed. Besides her seriously hilarious Insta videos (please see here) and her sultry voice, the 22-year-old Venezuelan is slated to release an album this year and is in talks to star in a binge-worthy  show. Mum's the word, though:

" I can’t talk about it. I can reveal though, that it’s in English," she told HOLA! USA.
