Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac took the stage at the press conference for the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Last Jedi at InterContinental Los Angeles. During the chat, talk quickly turned to remembering the late Carrie Fisher. Daisy also added praise to her daughter Billie Lourd. “Billie is, I think, all of those qualities. She’s smart and funny and shameless, and I think Carrie bringing up a daughter who is all of those qualities, and then some, in this world — if that’s what she did just her being her, I think that speaks volumes to what she did, her in the spotlight.”
Oscar Isaac, who became a dad recently, reminisced about the influence of the franchise on him as a young boy. “As a guy, I’d like to say, for me, the most formative people in my life have been women,” he said. “So that has shaped my destiny so much, so to see that reflected in the film, is really, really beautiful, and it is more true to real life and what’s happened now, but what’s always happened.”

Kate Hudson and her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa celebrated their one year anniversary on the same bridge where they had their first date. Though at the time, the Fabletics founder thought it was just a friendly stroll. On Sunday, she took to Instagram to open up about their love story.
She wrote: "The first time I met Danny I was 23 and enormously pregnant with Ryder. His step sisters are my best friends @sarafoster @erinfoster and so it goes we have been in the same circle for over a decade! A year ago today Danny took me on a hike and what I thought was just a hike with a family friend turned very quickly into an unexpected first date. No moves were made on this first date. In fact, it took months for him to make a first move! And as a kiss on this bridge would have been nice, the kiss a year later was so much sweeter. So on our 15th year of knowing each other we were able to open our hearts to each other to feel so much pure love and it’s been truly incredible.! ❤️Happy first date anniversary baby. #LoveThisMan #WhatAYear"
