March 19: George Clooney made this fan's day by surprising her on her 87th birthday. The dad-to-be stopped by the Sunrise of Sonning senior living facility which is near his England home to wish Pat Adams a happy day. A staffer wrote on the facility's Facebook page: “The lady in the picture, loves George Clooney and mentions every day how she would love to meet him, especially as he lives so near to where I work. So letters have been sent asking would it be possible for her dream to come true.” The Money Monster actor didn't show up empty-handed. He brought along a card and flowers. March 18: She kissed a girl and she liked it! Katy Perry was among the various celebrities at the Human Rights Campaign's gala dinner in L.A. While accepting the "National Equality Award" the star opened up about the truth behind her hit song "I Kissed a Girl." “Truth be told, I did more than that!" she said, "But how was I going to reconcile that with the gospel-singing girl raised in youth groups that were pro conversion camps? What I did know was that I was curious, and even then I knew that sexuality was not as black and white as this dress.” Katy went on to say, “But in 2008, when that song came out, I knew that it started a conversation that a lot of the world seemed curious enough to sing along to it.” Photo: JB Lacroix/WireImage
