Future first lady of the United States Melania Trump's inauguration looks could be in the hands of two major fashion designers. According to Women's Wear Daily, Ralph Lauren and Karl Lagerfeld are the leading names of who will dress Melania for the parade and Inaugural Balls. Ralph Lauren has dressed former first ladies Betty Ford, Nancy Reagan and Michelle Obama. He also designed pantsuits for first lady turned Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. Karl, who is designer for Chanel and Fendi, has not designed for a first lady, making it a first if Melania picks him for her husband's big day. Photo: Leigh Vogel/WireImage

Tom Barrack, the chairman of the inauguration committee, revealed that President Donald Trump's inaugural event won't be a "circus-like" coronation. “We’re fortunate in that we have the greatest celebrity in the world, which is the president-elect, side by side with the current president... So what we’ve done instead of trying to surround him with what people consider A-listers is we are going to surround him with the soft sensuality of the place,” he previously said. “It’s a much more poetic cadence than having a circus-like celebration that’s a coronation.” Photo: Instagram/@trumpinaugural
