The Burning Man Festival in Nevada is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2016, and a number of stars are joining the festivities in Black Rock City, from Katy Perry Katy Perry to Cara Delevingne. Scott Eastwood was ready to give festival-goers a Burning Man bonus with an impromptu appearance at this kissing booth! "Okay. I made it to burning man!!! And I found this. Hung around for awhile.
