Justin Bieber is back! The 21-year-old pop star debuted his latest single 'What Do You Mean" on Friday morning and will be performing it for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards. He will then close out NBC's Today Toyota concert series in September. To help announce is return, Justin enlisted some of his friends in Hollywood to help out with the 30 day countdown — 55 to be exact.
