Alex Rodriguez has not only stood out in the sports world, but also in the financial sector with his company A-Rod Corp, in addition to the large list of properties he owns in cities like Miami and New York.

His latest acquisition is a luxurious apartment near Central Park, and A-Rod bought it for $9.9 million.
At first, Alex was rejected by the administrative board of the luxurious complex, because they did not want a celebrity as a neighbor, but after much insistence, in the end they gave in, and now the former baseball player is the proud owner of this spectacular apartment, which we believe will use it as an investment.

The condo is located in one of the corners of the building. It has three bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms. In the living room alone, it has a space of 500 square feet, where there is a fireplace and a space covered with wood panels, ideal for the dining room.

A-Rod's real estate empire slowed -- just a bit -- when House Beautiful reported the sale of one of his Miami properties last December. Alex put it up for sale for $6.3 million, after buying it in April 2021 for $5.5 million.

The property is located in Bay Point, Florida and has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is 3,100 square feet in size.

Alex has at least two other properties in Florida: an 11,000-square-foot Coral Gables mansion and a $32.5 million Miami Beach mansion that he co-owns with JLo.

Alex currently resides in the spectacular Coral Gables mansion, one of the most exclusive areas in Florida. The former Yankees player built it in 2013 and designed it himself with the help of architects and engineers.

The residence is contemporary in style and was built by architects Ralph Choeff and Paul Fischman. For interior decoration, A-Rod hired decorator Briggs Edward Solomon. The construction is carried out in such a way that the interior and exterior spaces coexist harmoniously.

The house is characterized by monochromatic spaces, meaning that a single appearance prevails in the rooms. The decorator added some concrete extensions with walnut paneling and wooden decking.

The residence also has a swimming pool, a terrace with integrated bar and a floor trampoline installed in the garden. Next to the lounge area, A-Rod installed a movie theater.
